MCLAREN P1 JAPAN
ALL IN A DAY'S WORK
McLaren P1 in Tokyo.
Director / DOP / Editor: Al Clark
Produced by: Ben Pulman / Matt Warner
A wonderful story of a humanitarian lawyer in Tokyo Japan who daily drives his McLaren P1 to work. Shot in a few hours with a skeleton team of 3 people (*2 drivers, and Al Clark filming) we had limited mileage and time with the P1 to capture everything we needed.
A film that is really made up of the little things - thanks to some great understanding of Al's creative vision by McLaren, we were able to capture elements that make automotive Japan so exciting, notably letting the shot of the R32 Nissan GTR stay, showing McLaren's understanding and respect of the great JDM monster of the 90's.
As we say, it's all in the details.
